Our Story
Unique Care’s mission is to focus on providing support for independent living, i.e., Companionship, recreational activities, special needs (Dementia, Autism), learning difficulties, anxiety, mental health issues, depression, rehabilitation (hip replacement, etc).
We have a wealth of experience in the industry and are very focused on our clients to tailor the service to meet their individual care plans. This is key and differentiated as we are developing confidence, motivation and social interaction. We listen to our clients and help them to make their own informed choices. Through our support, our clients can retain their independence in their community and with family, to lead a happier healthier more enriched active lifestyle.
We make sure our staff are of the highest quality of excellence with experience in the care industry. We offer the required training to meet the high standards of procedures that are set at Unique Care, with focus on building strong meaningful relationships on a one to one basis. This gives our clients security and comfort of being supported with the same Personal Assistant to continue to strive towards independent living in their own home.
Management are in regular communication with the personal assistants and clients, making sure our service remains of the highest quality. We strive for individuals to reach their full potential by achieving their goals.
