Unique Care was formed to make a difference and increase the quality of our clients' lives. We believe that there is a need to provide a total focus to individuals and their families to support for independent living, i.e., companionship, special needs (Dementia, Autism), learning difficulties, rehabilitation (hip replacement, etc).

We believe we are providing a truly integrated service for our clients. We are motivated and dedicated and we feel the key starting point is to listen to our clients and help them make choices. We recognise that through our structured care plan we can support our clients, and work with them and their families as a team.
Monique Green started Unique Care as she believed that, in the community, people were not being valued with time, or listened too. She found that clients wanted more time with the carer to talk about the problems that they were facing. By giving clients more of our energy and time we can make a huge difference and improve their quality of life.
Our employment process for carers is rigorous. We vet full references, Criminal records, experience and qualifications. We also have a Unique Care introduction training programme where we make sure all our beliefs and service excellence are passed onto our carers; kindness, compassion, trustworthiness and commitment.
Monique
Monique has over 30 years’ experience in the care industry and is responsible for putting each client’s care plan in place. She is in regular contact with them and their families to make sure Unique Care is delivering an excellent service.
